Putin Tests NATO on Ukraine Border by Anna Husarska

The Kremlin decided to isolate Ukraine, which meant not only violating the will of the country’s supporters, but also physically destroying it by attacking merchant ships, ports, and border crossings. Drone pilots, and Kremlin thinkers, must have known that officials from Europe, Britain, the United States, and others before leaving Kyiv by train after attending the Yalta European Strategy (YES) Annual Meeting, a kind of Ukrainian Davos. But the train carrying former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, former Swedish Prime Minister Carl Bildt, former CIA Director David Petraeus, and former Polish President Aleksander Kwaśniewski, among others, was not touched. Did the Russians do it by accident or by incompetence?
