IHG Hotels & Resorts on Tuesday said it has signed a management agreement with Vrindam Developers Private Limited for the development of voco Vrindavan, a 130-key hotel scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2031.
The signing will bring the voco brand to Vrindavan and mark the entry of Vrindam Developers into the hospitality sector.
“We are delighted to partner with Vrindam Developers Pvt Ltd in our first hospitality venture and look forward to bringing the voco experience to Vrindavan,” IHG Hotels & Resorts Managing Director, South West Asia, Sudeep Jain said.
IHG currently has 53 hotels operating under seven brands in India and a strong pipeline of 110 hotels due to open in the next 3-5 years.
