Breitbart News hosted Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin on Tuesday, October 6, to discuss border security, public safety and U.S. sovereignty.
Mullin will join Breitbart News Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle to discuss the important work the Trump administration is doing to secure the border, deport dangerous illegal alien criminals and ensure U.S. sovereignty in the Western Hemisphere as voters prepare to cast their ballots in the November midterm elections.
Hosted in partnership with CGCN and ALFA Institute, the event will provide a clear showcase of the work the White House is doing to reverse the Biden administration’s open-border madness and make Americans more prosperous and safer.
“A country without borders is no country at all, and it’s clear that America finally has a president who understands that,” Boyle said in announcing the event. “But DHS is about more than just immigration, it’s about fighting terrorism, protecting the homeland from foreign adversaries and working with law enforcement across the country, so we’re very excited to host Secretary Mullin at our next event.”
CGCN’s Sam Geduldig noted that Secretary Mullin is “one of the most authentic and effective voices in the Republican Party because he actually lives the life that Washington spends so much time talking about.”
“He knew working people, he knew how to fight, and he never forgot who sent him there,” he added. “CGCN is honored to work with Breitbart to facilitate this important conversation.”
The event was the latest in a series of policy discussions with the Trump White House and members of Congress, following a meeting with Vice President J.D. Vance, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, Energy Secretary Chris Wright, Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Brendan Kahl, Senator Bernie Moreno (Ohio), Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering Emil Michael, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant and others.
