Exclusive – ICE deports accused child rapist Biden to get green card

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported an illegal alien accused of raping a child in Mexico after former President Joe Biden’s administration issued him a two-year green card, Breitbart News has learned.

On Oct. 16, ICE agents deported Christian Ruvalcaba-Salas, 28, to his native Mexico and handed him over to authorities in Aguascalientes, Mexico, so he could face charges for the brutal rape of a child in 2022.

“Illegal immigrants, such as child predators and sex offenders, are some of the worst groups and have no place in America,” ICE spokesperson Micah Bock told Breitbart News. “ICE will relentlessly pursue and eliminate these violent predators to make our communities and neighborhoods safer.”

Rubalcaba-Salas entered the United States as a nonimmigrant in January 2020 near Laredo, Texas. He was required to leave the United States by July 6, 2020, but failed to do so, making him an illegal alien.

In March 2021, the Biden administration granted Rubalcaba-Salas a two-year green card. Two years later, a Mexican court issued an arrest warrant for Rubalcaba-Salas, accusing him of raping a child in November 2022.

ICE officials said Rubalcaba-Salas left the United States at an unknown time before the alleged child rape and crossed the southern border on Nov. 27, 2022, three days after the alleged crime.

In May, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) terminated Rubalcaba-Salas’ two-year green card and placed him in deportation proceedings. In July, a federal immigration judge ordered him deported from the United States

“This dangerous criminal alien is accused of doing unspeakable things to innocent children in Mexico, using the immigration status granted to him by the Biden administration to sneak into Mexico, brutalize a helpless child, and then flee back to the United States through a port of entry to evade prosecution,” said ICE’s Bret Bradford.

“Although he was wanted in Mexico for child rape and arrested in the United States on multiple criminal offenses, that same status allowed him to live freely in the community and endanger public safety for years,” Bradford said. “Thankfully, after he attempted to escape, our officers were able to locate him and return him to Mexico to face prosecution for his alleged crimes.”
