Heavy rain expected in New York area this weekend due to Isaias – NBC New York

Isaias will quickly weaken after making landfall in the Florida Panhandle Friday night, with moderate to heavy rain expected over the Southeast and East Coast this weekend.

Two to three inches of rain will be common Sunday morning and Monday morning. In some places, a separate total of four inches is possible.
