Holiday Farms will open a supermarket in Westhampton Beach.
The chain leased a 30,000-square-foot space at 70 Sunset Ave. The space was previously occupied by Lidl, which closed earlier this month.
The Westhampton Beach store will be the fourth Long Island location for Holiday Farms, and the first in Suffolk County. The supermarket chain has other locations in Roslyn Heights, Franklin Square and Glen Head.
Holiday Farms specializes in home delivery and pick up services and offers a wide selection of fresh and prepared foods. Each Holiday Farms store features a chef who prepares fresh meals daily, along with a bakery, deli, and year-round catering service. The supermarket also carries a wide selection of specialty, gourmet, and diet-focused products, according to a statement from Breslin Realty.
Justin Breslin of Breslin Realty represented Holiday Farms, while the landlord, Staller Associates, represented itself in the Westhampton Beach lease transaction.
“Holiday Farms, a high-quality, family-owned supermarket, will be a natural fit in the Westhampton Beach community,” Breslin said in a statement.
