I Toured Delta’s New Business Class, Here Are My Favorite Upgrades

Media members in attendance were treated to a variety of new meals and drinks in Delta Business Class, developed by Delta’s culinary team in collaboration with Michelin-starred British chef Simon Hulstone and Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson.

Options include wagyu burgers, tomato soup, beef short ribs, sea bass and braised lamb. There are also vegetarian options, as well as a selection of white and red wines, champagne and strawberry smoothies.

Everything was delicious and I loved the presentation and cutlery. The flavor changes with altitude, so it remains to be seen if the flavor will change. However, in my experience, Delta Dining has always been one of the best in the country.

The experience will first be available on transoceanic flights from Los Angeles this fall, before expanding to Delta’s global network in early 2027.
