Eagles fans are already sad about their team’s fourth-quarter collapse against the Rams on Sunday.
The last thing they need is Kelly, the wife of Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, rubbing salt in the wound. But that’s exactly what she did with a post on her Instagram Story after Sunday’s game.
She posted a video of Rams running back Kyren Williams’ game-winning touchdown to cap off Los Angeles’ comeback.
“Sorry Philly 🦅❌/any weird way to get your ass into the end zone/he did it/@kyren.williams,” the post was captioned.
Stafford finished with 317 yards passing, no touchdown passes, and two interceptions. But most importantly, he and his Los Angeles teammates eventually managed to come back and win the game, even though it looked hopeless midway through the fourth quarter.
The win moved the Rams to 2-2 on the season. It’s not where most predicted Los Angeles would be in the first month of the season, but it’s still much better than the 1-3 record it would have been if the Hawks hadn’t given up a goal on the road on Sunday.
Stafford and the Rams look to improve to 3-2 next week on Monday Night Football against the Bills.
