Pistola Denim Takes Nearly 18K SF on ROW DTLA – Commercial Observer

Denim and Women’s Clothing Company Denim Pistol Kab has signed an office lease of 17,922 square meters in Atlas Capital Group‘s ROW DTLAadd another fashion company to almost 2 million square meters Downtown Los Angeles complex.

Grace N founded by Pistola in 2013. The LA-based brand will relocate its creative team from its warehouse and distribution space in Vernon. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Karen YiROW DTLA’s director of marketing and events, said Pistola joins other fashion brands at the property, which benefits from its proximity to LA’s Fashion District. Other office tenants included Adidas, Wilson, Spin, Fashionphile, OK, Day One Agency and MidFirst Bank.

“Pistola has always been driven by creativity and collaboration, and we wanted a place that could really support that,” he said in a statement.

ROW DTLA spans 32 acres on the edge of the Arts District and includes more than 35 retailers, restaurants, healthcare operators and event spaces. It was originally built in the 1920s around the former Los Angeles Terminal Market. But seven former industrial buildings in the complex were rebuilt and reopened in 2017.
