The Baltimore Ravens have been hit hard by injuries ahead of their Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans.
Head coach Jesse Minter announced Friday that Trey Hendrickson will miss Sunday’s game at M&T Bank Stadium. The All-Pro pass rusher underwent surgery on his finger.
Hendrickson was injured in Baltimore’s season-opening win over the Indianapolis Colts. Minter does not expect the 31-year-old to miss too many games.
“We successfully repaired the finger,” Minter told reporters. “We think it’s going to be very, very short-term, but just a quick way to fix this and get him back. I think that’s what’s best for us moving forward.”
Hendrickson spent five seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals before signing a four-year, $112 million contract to join the AFC North rival. After canceling a blockbuster trade for Las Vegas Raiders star Max Crosby, the Ravens turned their sights on the four-time Pro Bowler.
After compiling 17.5 sacks in back-to-back seasons, Hendrickson missed 10 games in 2025 with a core muscle injury. He had one sack and three quarterback hits in three games with the Ravens, averaging 26 points per game.
Baltimore may have seen a game against the Titans, who rank 31st in total offense at 0-3, as the best time to get Hendrickson back. The Ravens can also avoid key absences on offense.
Ronnie Stanley missed Friday’s practice, but the All-Pro tackle could still return after missing last Sunday’s game in Brazil with a toe injury. Minter said the 32-year-old had a “very good two days” in training on Wednesday and Thursday.
Lamar Jackson and Zay Flowers were fully involved in practice for the second straight day, which bodes well for the quarterback and receiver in Week 4. Sunday’s game will air live on CBS at 1 p.m. ET.
