Check out the companies making headlines before the bell: Constellation Energy , Alphabet – Alphabet shares rose about 0.5%, while Constellation Energy jumped more than 6%, after Google announced a major long-term power agreement with the power company. Google will buy power connected to 890 megawatts of new nuclear capacity, along with a separate 2,700 megawatt supply agreement, supporting more than $4.3 billion in new Constellation investments. Option Care Health, McKesson – Shares of Option Care rose more than 20% after a report in the Financial Times that health services company McKesson and private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice are in advanced talks to acquire the infusion services provider in a transaction valued at more than $5 billion. McKesson stock rose 1.5%. Lennar, Berkshire Hathaway – In a regulatory filing, Berkshire Hathaway announced that it bought about 2.4 million shares of Lennar. Lennar shares gained 1.5%, while Berkshire Hathaway was higher. NeoGenomics – Shares rose 5% after the company announced a succession plan, with current President and COO Warren Stone taking over from Tony Cook in January 2027. NeoGenomics also announced early third quarter total revenue of $209 million, topping the $205.9 million consensus estimate, according to FactSet. Advanced Micro Devices – The chipmaker rose nearly 2% after Citi raised its price target to $800, marking a more than 26% upside from Monday’s close. The bank shows greater CPU demand, driven by the Meta Muse AI agent, for the target change. “AMD will be the main beneficiary of the CPU renaissance,” Citi said. Procter & Gamble – Shares of the household goods company rose 1.2% after Evercore ISI upgraded the stock to outperform from the line. It also raised its price target to $166, from $161 previously, representing about 14% upside from Monday’s close. Corteva – Shares of Corteva rose nearly 3% after JPMorgan upgraded the stock to overweight from neutral. It has a $19 price target on the stock, representing a 53% upside from Monday’s close.
