Delta Air Lines is revamping its Delta One premium cabin with wagyu burgers, premium wines and new luxury amenities.
The Atlanta-based airline announced Wednesday that the revamped Delta One experience will begin on transoceanic flights departing from Los Angeles International Airport this fall before expanding its global network in early 2027.
The overhaul includes a redesigned menu, expanded meal options, new cocktails and wine and updated facilities kit, among other changes.
“Every investment we make is intentional and designed to deliver the most premium travel experience in the industry,” Delta Chief Marketing and Product Officer Ranjan Goswami said in a statement.

“This elevated dining and hospitality experience reflects our continued focus on raising the bar while giving our customers greater control over their journey,” added Goswami.
The new menu includes the Delta One wagyu beef burger, grilled sea bass, braised lamb and beef short ribs, along with updated desserts.
One of the new options is a dairy-free sorbet that you can choose to travel with Champagne Taittinger.
Delta also expanded its meal pre-selection option and allowed passengers to order entrées up to 18 hours before departure, six hours closer to departure than previously allowed.
Passengers who want more sleep on long-haul flights will have the option to skip the morning meal service and instead request coffee and croissants before landing.

The airline has also upgraded its Delta One range of beverages.
Blanton’s single barrel bourbon will be added Dec. 1, while Delta’s revamped wine program features 13 wines from 11 wineries. The lineup includes Silver Oak wine, which Delta says can retail for more than $200 per bottle.
Delta is also adding alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions of Hugo Spritz and Paloma from 2027. Dassai 45 sake will be offered on flights to and from Tokyo-Haneda from November 3.
The changes extend beyond food and drink.
Delta is introducing a new Missoni amenity kit starting November 3, featuring Grown Alchemist skin care, Marvis dental kits and Missoni branded items. The airline will also introduce new Missoni Mini pillows on Delta One transoceanic routes.
Bombas socks are also back on select domestic and international Delta One flights.
