SAN FRANCISCO – Uncountable, an artificial intelligence (AI) platform for end-to-end product development, has expanded Regulatory Management to provide formulation teams with faster product development cycles across food and beverage and other industries.
Unacountable streamlines its work by checking the regulatory status on the prescription page instead of having to use a separate system after the formulation work is completed.
In Regulatory Management, teams are immediately shown pass or fail for a specific market.
It also shows the jurisdiction, product category, permitted levels, links to official sources and the last date it was checked.
Unacountable brings together ELN, LIMS, PLM and quality under one roof, allowing Regulatory Management Capabilities to operate in the system and maintain its own regulatory database using official sources, limiting the need to manually update regulations.
“Over the decades, the rulebook has slowly loosened so that you can check the compliance of a finished product and it’s good,” said Noel Hollingsworth, executive director and founder of Uncountable. “That assumption has stopped. We think that compliance belongs in the formulation rather than in the review that happens, and the software that people use every day should reflect that.”
