Thank you, and good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us today, and I am pleased to report an outstanding third quarter in 2026 for First Business Bank. We generate record pre-provision pretax and underlying earnings that reflect consistent execution of our long-term strategic plan. Our earnings per share were up 6% compared to $1.84 in the second quarter or 15% when you had a $0.14 net one-time gain last quarter. Earnings per share are also up 15% year over year. And on a year-to-date basis, EPS grew 20% over earnings for the first 9 months of 2025. This result is supported by strong operating fundamentals as reflected in pretax earnings provisions that increased 13% year-over-year and 14% on a year-to-date basis.
