Why we like this deal
Making the most of fall is like transforming your home into a super cozy getaway, perfect for relaxing. Before you start cuddling up with a fuzzy blanket, sipping a steaming drink, or curling up with a good book, you need an incredibly comfortable chair that becomes your go-to place to hang out in your living room or reading nook. There’s nothing more relaxing than a reclining armchair with a footrest, and it’s even better if it comes with a soft and comfortable upholstery.
It’s not impossible to find a dream chair that feels like a fluffy cloud, but it might feel that way if you’re trying to stick to a budget. During this Walmart sale, you can save $100 on the rave review Goodone Accent chair and ottoman for $240, bringing the furniture set down to just $140. It’s upholstered in smooth corduroy fabric that feels great to the touch and comes in four colors: beige, black, green and navy, so you can find a match to suit every interior space.

Why do shoppers love it?
Designed for ultimate relaxation, this accent chair features an adjustable backrest that moves to three positions. The first position is slightly angled, making it an excellent choice for reading. Push it all the way back and the seat becomes almost flat, giving you a place to take a quick nap. The plush cushions filled with high-density foam are soft and squishy, but the denser material can also support your joints if you sit for long periods of time. Another benefit of this design is the matching footrest, which makes it easier to unfold and relax, but it can also be used as extra seating if you have guests over.

The simple tufted design of this armchair adds a sense of sophistication to your space, and the gorgeous wood base only amplifies that sophistication. The combination of materials will blend with a variety of styles, whether your home is mid-century modern, vintage cottage, or bohemian eclectic. Since the chair doesn’t have bulky arms, it also fits into smaller spaces, and measures 27 inches long, 27 inches wide, and 25 inches tall, making it suitable even for narrow bedrooms or home offices. One shopper raved: “It’s so comfortable and the perfect size for my reading nook chair.”
