Rapper Lucki was allegedly involved in a fight at ComplexCon in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday that left him with a stab wound, according to footage on social media.
Police confirmed to The Times on Sunday night that four people had been injured in an apparent knife attack but did not name the victims. Police said officers received a report of a fight near Chick Hearn Court and Georgia Street around 4:45 p.m. Saturday. People were still fighting when officers arrived, police said.
Videos shared on X It appears to show an apparent fight involving 30-year-old rapper Lucki outside the Los Angeles Convention Center.
In one part of the video, an unidentified, bloodied man shuffles toward a car with a towel around his neck as onlookers shout for paramedics.
While police have not confirmed whether the rapper or his associates were involved in the fight, police told TMZ Luckey was surrounded by fans taking photos when a suspect “hit him on the side of his face, causing lacerations.”
Additional footage Post to TikTok In the photo, a visibly frightened Lucki climbed into the back seat of a black car with a visible cut near his chin.
Police told The Times that the two men were injured “in what appeared to be a knife attack” and were taken to a local hospital. A third person self-transported to a local hospital for treatment of severe lacerations.
Police confirmed a fourth man approached an officer at the scene and noticed a cut on his elbow. The victim refused medical treatment and left the scene on his own. Authorities did not know whether the victim sought medical assistance afterward.
In a story shared by ComplexCon on Instagram on Saturday before the violence, the rapper said he was “happy to be here.” in a statement people magazinethe venue said they were aware of the situation, adding that they “take incidents of this nature very seriously and remain committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone.”
Authorities did not provide any further information Sunday.
